Alicia holds a degree in Psychology and Sociology from Grace College. She has over 20 years of experience in customer service in diverse settings. She has worked as a Residential Advisor in an adolescent inpatient unit and as a home school liaison in a high school. In these roles she worked on a team with parents, teachers and counselors to develop a treatment plan to provide the best care for the patients and students. She worked as the Analysis Coordinator for a Bankruptcy Trustee. In this role, she worked attorneys and debtors to create a repayment plan. She also contacted debtors who were delinquent on their payments or failed to submit the necessary paperwork. She also filed documents and motions with the bankruptcy court. She has also spent years in the Commercial Insurance Industry working with construction clients in Risk Transfer. She creates insurance requirements for her client’s constructions to provide to the subcontractors who are working on these projects. Alicia contacts agents and subcontractors when the insurance information is not in compliance with the requirements. Within these roles, she has provided excellent customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet her client’s expectations. She is organized, pays attention to detail and loves to take on new tasks. Providing excellent service to her clients is her highest priority. Her education and interpersonal skills give her an ability to communicate well and problem-solve.
